Where can I buy Jewelry Making supplies in bulk for cheap?
Starting a jewelry business to help make a little money while I am in college.
Anyone know where I can buy supplies like, crystals, beads chains and pendants in bulk.
Oh and inexpensive too. Like I said I am in college, and where I attend is not cheap. :]

Yes, the first answer is right – the dampness crystals are available from Home Improvement Stores – check their cleaning supplies or their painting area or storage supplies for the display to get the crystals. Silica gel is only used in shipping containers. If you need a lot of it, you probably want to use something else, like a dehumidifier, which will dry out the air and then you empty the bucket in the bottom of it from time to time. If you have a lot of moisture, people also rent big drying fans from places like Northern Tool and Equipment and then install those for a few days if they had water get loose in their home or basement.
But first I would use some rags and a mop to get up all the water you can, if there was a spill of some sort.

Teeny-tiny Quartz Crystals: To fit into 1-oz dropper bottles? Where can I buy in bulk?
I need incredibly tiny Quartz Crystals. They need to be able to fit inside 1-oz medicinal dropper bottles without causing much disturbance to the rise of the fluid inside the bottles with their weight/volume.
Preferably, the crystals would be of the clear variety and in their raw forms. Where can I find these and can I buy them in bulk? I’ve been all over the internet without luck. Bless you if you can save my day! Thanks.

You can buy quartz or SiO2, which is white sand, from any chemical company….or ask your local university chemistry department for a sample.
Most chemicial companies only deal with regular accounts, but they might be helpful in other dealers or my just give you a sample….
Remember sand is quartz, if you just want to do to your local beach and wash what you get….
