- Hi Byron, Melody lists Augelite, Parisite, and Quartz for restful sleep. The first two I’ve never heard of…hmmm. I’ve heard that people are promoting rest with Mangano Calcite as well, though I haven’t any myself to try with. It looks to be a peaceful and soothing stone. Other calcites may work too with their calming influence, at least they do for me. I think rose quartz would work too. But I’m no expert. I do sleep with stones and wake up with them all over the bed, but that’s half the fun.
As for the phase alignment, sounds like she needs grounding. Hematite could be used. Also quit meditating and do something physical. Garden, eat frequent small meals, exercise, etc..
- Hi Byron! Well the first stone that came to me was hematite for grounding and balancing then quartz crystal because it is so open to programming. Sounds almost like this patient is looking for an excuse not to be in sync???? Good luck!
- When I need help getting to sleep, I use amethyst. I place a couple of stones under my pillow. The stone(s) should be placed close enough to a person to affect his/her etheric body, through which the emanations of stones/color pass to reach and affect the physical body.
For the ‘phase alignment’ – dark and earth-colored stones, hematite, obsidian, black tourmaline, brown jasper, etc.

Here is a little project that I recently put together.
I asked a friend of mine who works extensively with gemstone healing to supply me with a crystal to help another friend heal from incredible abdominal surgery. Basically they took every thing out, messed around with it and shoved it all back in! My gemstone buddy supplied the following:
Turritella Agate
For swelling of the stomach

For easing bodily stress

I then put these stones in a small jar after purifying it with candle flame and incense. I sealed the jar with its cork and charged all with Reiki and asked for blessings on the whole. Now, I don’t expect that my friend will be doing the high dive off of those Mexican cliffs any time soon, but I do hope that the gift will promote swifter healing and less pain. I continue to send Reiki daily.
