What is wrong with my emerald cedars, the leaves look limp around the base?
I recently planted 4 emerald cedars in the front of my house, about 18″ away from the foundation. I’ve noticed that the base and about a foot up, looks kind of limp. Any idea what could be causing this? There is no browning, other then a few small spots, but nothing noticeable.

Since there is no discoloration, they are probably just thirsty…
