Feeling Depressed – crystal help

I have noticed, I have been feeling more depressed lately. I just had some change at my workplace. Nothing I can’t handle. My roommate is stressing me out, but I am trying to ignore her.
Is there a crystal or stone, that can help me through this? I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

• The strongest energy, quickest working and most absolute solution to any sort of depressing or dark thoughts is KUNZITE, really any color-clear, pink, green. I cannot explain this, I know it is a rather heavy lithium stone, but for me within a few minutes of holding it I am already breaking a smile and sighing in relief!!! it is like the valium of stones in my opinion when things get too heavy. I only use it for this purpose so the effect stays intense.

• I recently found a black tourmaline bracelet ~ just “rough” chunks strung together & I’m finding it wonderful to lift some of the negative energy that seems to overtake me around this time of year.

• Have you tried black tourmaline? I realized that this may have nothing to do with crystals, but saging your environment can also be helpful, particularly the area of your home or apartment that she occupies.

• I have Carnelian, Obsidian, Bloodstone, Unakite, and many others. Can the ones I mention help me?? I need to buy sage!

• Hi Patti, I am a very sensitive person so I can understand what you are going through. For years I was not able to understand that the negative energy I would feel was not always mine. So I was depressed a lot holding on to a lot of bad energy. The mailman could walk by and all of a sudden you feel negativity and you start wondering what is wrong with you and holding on to the energy.

Negativity comes from the environment, people,and other sources. One needs to train themselves in separating themselves from the negativity. One method I learned from psychic kids is to just take your hands and push the energy away. I work in a hospital so there are many kinds of energy and I too sometimes pick up stuff and wonder whats wrong with me – I was feeling so great.

One verbal mantra I say often is “I am surrounded by an impenetrable shield of light, power and protection, 24/7/365 all times all dimensions.” It helps… but I still take a shower immediately when I come home from work.
